Repairs & Construction as of September 2020
As you may have noticed, construction on Building 3 and the Marina Office is underway. We thank all our storage customers and marina staff for helping to move quickly and efficiently in relocating boats and getting the building ready for work to begin. As mentioned above, the Marina offices will be moving to the north end of Building 2. This is scheduled to be a 4 – 5 month project, and we will keep you posted as things move along.
We are finalizing plans and permitting for the Marina Shed restrooms. We are planning to start construction this winter to minimize the impact for shed slip holders. The good news… we should have updated restrooms in all sheds by early spring! We appreciate your patience as we continue to make improvements throughout the property.
