COVID-19 Update

Updated 3.20.20 7pm EST

To our valued customers:

The world is rapidly changing in response to COVID-19, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak. The health and safety of our community and our employees is our number one priority. In light of the recent state mandate, we are deeply saddened to announce that we will be reducing our operations to act in accordance with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order mandating Californians stay home.

We are modifying our business practices for the foreseeable future based on CDC guidance and statewide mandatory restrictions. As the situation rapidly evolves, we will continue to take the necessary steps to ensure that we are acting accordingly and keep our guests informed every step of the way.

Limited Operations

In order to promote social distancing and comply with statewide mandatory restrictions, we have modified our offerings for the foreseeable future.

  • Valet launching is not available.
  • Rentals are not available.
  • Fuel & propane to stay open.
  • Bathroom and laundry are closed.
  • Office will be closed.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocol

We have elevated our sanitation measures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff by increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting areas including but not limited to:

  • Faucets & water fountains
  • Baby changing stations
  • Credit card machines & ATMs
  • Pens
  • Restrooms
  • Tables/chairs
  • Trash cans
  • Fueling stations

Precautionary Measures You Can Take

We are reinforcing proactive steps that the CDC recommends to prevent the spread of germs:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Use a disposable tissue to cover a cough or sneeze.
  • Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects.
  • Stay home if you have flu-like symptoms.

Taking Care of Our Employees

As an organization, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees during the COVID-19 crisis. With each decision we make as a company, we are taking into consideration the challenges and financial burdens that our employees may face. At this time we have implemented several new policies that allow our employees to continue receiving their normal pay when they are unable to work their normal schedule due to their own health or child care, as well as when the business makes decisions that impact each employee department. For the foreseeable future, we will be limiting our operation to only essential staff.

If you need to contact our office during this time, our office staff will be available via phone or email 9am-5pm. The physical office will be closed. If you have any questions, we encourage you to email us at as we may experience high call volume during this challenging time – we thank you for your patience.

We are deeply saddened by this change in our operations and hope to be back to business as usual in the near future. We’ll continue to share updates and stay connected through email and social channels during this time. While a large part of our operation is closing, remember that the outdoors is open. Get outside, be well, and take care of one another.

We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are able.
