Taking Care of Our Employees
As an organization, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees during the COVID-19 crisis. With each decision we make as a company, we are taking into consideration the challenges and financial burdens that our employees may face. At this time we have implemented several new policies that allow our employees to continue receiving their normal pay when they are unable to work their normal schedule due to their own health or child care, as well as when the business makes decisions that impact each employee department. For the foreseeable future, we will be limiting our operation to only essential staff.
If you need to contact our office during this time, our office staff will be available via phone or email 9am-5pm. The physical office will be closed. If you have any questions, we encourage you to email us at marina@towerparkresort.com as we may experience high call volume during this challenging time – we thank you for your patience.
We are deeply saddened by this change in our operations and hope to be back to business as usual in the near future. We’ll continue to share updates and stay connected through email and social channels during this time. While a large part of our operation is closing, remember that the outdoors is open. Get outside, be well, and take care of one another.
We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are able.
