Located on the meandering byways of the California Delta, Tower Park Resort & Marina is a full-service marina that provides first-class amenities to boaters. The Delta is situated in California's Central Valley, approximately 70 miles east of San Francisco, and 40 miles south of Sacramento.
Tower Park Resort and Marina is located in Central California along the meandering byways of the California Delta. The Delta is one of the largest estuaries in western North America formed at the western edge of the Central Valley by the convergence of the San Joaquin and Sacramento rivers, just east of where the rivers enter the San Francisco Bay. Some 500 species of plants and animals call the Delta home. Including land and water surface area, the Delta is roughly 1,100 square miles.
The California Delta is a prime destination for fishermen. It's estimated that 2/3 of California's salmon pass through the Delta when headed upstream to spawn. Approximately 22 species of fish can be found in the Delta including: American Shad, Black Bass, Catfish, Salmon, Striped Bass, & Sturgeon.

The marina contains 285 slips - most of which are covered - 45 inside dry boat storage units, 107 outside dry boat storage spaces, a boat launch ramp, a fuel dock with two pumps (Pay at the pump), trailer storage, and pump-out service.
All monthly slip license rates will be based on whichever is longer: actual slip length or actual length of vessel. Minimum 2 month stay. Includes water & garbage. (Metered electric available)

Damage deposit required onsite on day of rental (Fishing Boat: $500, Pontoon Boat: $1000). 10% surcharge for holidays. Boat rentals are subject to availability, so advanced reservations are recommended. All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Arriving 15 minutes or more later than your scheduled rental start time may result in forfeit of your reservation and payment.
